Returns Process
For any returns or refunds, you don't need to send the product back to us! We just ask you to donate it to your local place of donation for those in need. If you are uncertain, please take a look at this list as there are some larger organizations that maybe close to you - https://www.marthastewart.com/8111390/best-places-donate-clothes.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What We Accept for Returns
Please inspect your items before using them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Do not remove the tags or wash the item.
We only accept returns on the following problems:
- Damaged goods
- Bad prints
- Incorrect orders - The following constitutes an incorrect order: size, print or color. Items that do not align with your order request can be returned..
Email Us Your Request
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bulldogvibes.com. Please provide us with the following details:
- Your order number
- Your reason for return (i.e. damaged, bad print, wrong size)
- Photo's regarding the product with issues
- Your preferred follow up: exchange or refund - an exchange means that we will replace your previous ordered item. A refund means that we will just refund the amount of the purchased item.
If your return is accepted, we'll refund you the full amount of the specific item with the problem. If the refund is for everything that you purchased and you had to pay for delivery, we'll refund the delivery as well.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All returns require photos for proof of the issue. We will not process returns without photos.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we've received your email, we'll inspect your photos. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
